Grading readiness
Minimum time at grade and training sessions since the last grading are counted for you.
Invitation-only gradings

Gi and equipment
Sell gis and belts at the desk or in the family store, with stock by size.
Sparring gear rentals
Lend tagged sets with a deposit; late days and damage come out of it.
Gradings without the paperwork
A grading in ClassAiX is an event linked to your rank system. With one click, every student who meets the requirements for their next kyu is invited. Families see the invitation in their portal, accept it and pay the grading fee with the card on file.
On the day, examiners record each result. A pass promotes the student to the tested grade immediately and adds it to their rank history with the date and notes, which can't be edited later. Students who aren't ready yet keep their progress for the next grading.
Common questions
Our kyu ranks count down from 10th kyu. Is that supported?
Yes. The rank ladder is ordered however your style counts, from 10th kyu up to 1st kyu and through dan grades, with your own names and belt colours.
Can gradings be invitation-only?
Yes. A grading is an event: ClassAiX invites the students who meet the requirements, families accept and pay online, and results update each student's rank.
