The eligibility engine
For each student and their next rank, ClassAiX checks:
- Days at the current rank against the minimum for the next one
- Classes attended since the last promotion, plus any credited classes
- Every required curriculum item marked Ready or Passed
- Minimum age, where a rank has one
- Instructor approval, where you require it
The promotion board lists everyone who meets all of them, and shows the rest how far they have to go.

Leave a note a student and their parents can see in the portal.
Permanent history
Promotions, stripes and corrections are recorded with the date and the instructor, and can't be edited afterwards.
Belt tests
Create a belt test for your rank system and invite every eligible student in one step. Families accept and pay the testing fee online. Record a result for each candidate; a pass promotes the student to the tested rank straight away and opens the curriculum for the next one.
