The agreement
These terms are between [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("ClassAiX") and the studio that subscribes to ClassAiX ("you"), and they also apply to anyone who signs in to ClassAiX, including studio staff and the families and members a studio invites. By using ClassAiX you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorized use. A studio is responsible for the staff it gives access to and the roles it grants them, and for having the right to enter the information it stores about its members and families, including any consent needed to contact them.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. New studios start with a free trial of [30] days.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately with credit for the unused part of the current period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Each plan includes a number of active members. A studio may go up to 10% over that number temporarily without an extra charge; we will ask it to upgrade, and above that limit new members can't be made active until it does.
- Text-message usage above a plan's allowance and payment-processing fees are billed separately.
- If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. If it is still unpaid after [14] days, access may be limited to billing until it is paid.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. [OWNER/COUNSEL: confirm refund policy.]
Payments to studios
Studios collect payments from their own members through their own payment processor account (for example Stripe), under that processor's terms. The studio, not ClassAiX, is the seller to its members and is responsible for its prices, refunds, taxes and disputes.
Messages
Studios may send email and text messages through ClassAiX only to people who have agreed to receive them and only for purposes related to their studio. ClassAiX honours opt-outs (including STOP replies) and may suspend messaging that breaks the law, carrier rules or these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't use ClassAiX for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harassing messages.
- Don't try to access another studio's information or get around security or usage limits.
- Don't upload malware or interfere with the service.
Your data
Your studio's information belongs to your studio. You give ClassAiX permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service. You can export it [EXPORT METHOD] and, after cancelling, ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. [COUNSEL: align with a data processing agreement if offered.]
Availability and changes
We work to keep ClassAiX available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something material that you pay for, we will tell you in advance. [OWNER: add any service-level commitment.]

Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid.
