Class packs and drop-ins

Packs with a class count and expiry; drop-ins sold at the desk or online.

Sibling discounts

A family's second and later memberships are discounted automatically.

Freezes and cancellations

Freeze until a date, cancel now or at the end of the paid period, and resume.

Getting paid

AutoPay

Renewals are invoiced and charged to the card on file, one invoice per family.

Failed-payment recovery

Declined cards are retried, families are notified, and paying brings the membership back to active.

Desk payments

Cash, checks, bank transfers and card-terminal payments recorded against invoices.

Refunds and credits

Refund to the card or as account credit; credits pay the next invoices first.

Family accounts

Every charge and payment is recorded in an account history that can't be edited, with a clear balance per family.

Reports

Monthly recurring revenue, collections, outstanding invoices by age and revenue by source.

Common questions

Which payment processor do studios use?

Each studio connects its own Stripe account, so member payments go straight to the studio. Cash, checks and card-terminal payments are recorded at the desk. More processors are planned.

What happens when a card is declined?

The invoice stays open, the membership shows as past due, the family is notified and the card is retried automatically. Paying or adding a new card brings the membership back to active.
